what you can expect from this container:

This will be a multi-modality space that explores the healing available when we come together in circle to share, be seen, be heard, learn from the lives and teachings of femme spiritualists and deities, use somatic healing tools from the wisdom of yoga, and simply have space to exist in our fullness and truth. We will weave the ancient with the present to find moments of liberation for our bodies, minds, and hearts.

You will be given yoga mythology stories, poems, and prayers, pranayama, dhyana, and asana techniques, along with time to reflect and share. Each week we will build upon our last, with the intention that you walk away feeling empowered, more connected to your body and Spirit, equipped with new somatic healing practices, and in deeper relationship to spiritual intersectional feminism.

How to Join:

This container is a very intentional healing space, and therefore we will cap it to ten folks who are ready to join and commit themselves to showing up for the sessions to embark on a transformative journey. If you are ready to say yes to learning liberation tools for the mind, body, and soul as a femme identifying person, we ask that you apply at the link below and share why you feel called to this work. After you apply, we will reach out to you with next steps to see if you are a good fit for the space, and we are the right facilitator and container for your growth and healing. Alchemystic has used this method in the past for online containers and recieved feedback that it has allowed for the sessions to feel conscious and intimate. Many folks who have met in the online space have gone on to stay connected to one another due to their shared mindset and experience. If you feel the call to add your magic to freeing the femme form, please apply at the link below.

once accepted, price is sliding scale and negotiable for accessibility.

"Meesha is an incredible space holder! They're a deft facilitator and create spaces for deep politicized learning and healing to occur. Meesha is a group alchemist - unlocking the magic of a group and weaving meditation, teaching, and art-making for a powerful experience that lasts long after a session."

Meesha (they/she)

Hello, thank you so much for your interest in this container. Here is a bit about myself; I bring ten years of yoga teaching and group facilitation experience. My work is informed by my maternal lineage of Kashmiri Shaivism and my paternal line of Punjabi Vedic scholars. I’ve studied both, and delved into my own trauma healing journey, in order to find my teaching voice. I focus on pranic healing via tantric modalities informed by yoga philosophy. I am the founder of Alchemystic Studio- an inclusive yoga platform that carves out wellness spaces for those often left out of the mainstream yoga world including BIPOC, LGBQTIA2S++, neurodivergent, bigger bodies, and chronically ill peoples. Since 2020 I have been learning and growing as a community organizer through creating partnerships and coalitions with other organizers, collectives, and non-profits while reciveing feedback from the communities we serve. This particular container feels like a calling that my own soul has to be in a space where I can share my journey as a scapegoated femme person, and share tools and mythologies I have aquired on my journey to aid in our collective healing, while learning from the deep wisdom all of you have to share as well.
