My entire life relies on energetic give and take. As someone who has traversed the realm of energetics far sooner and more adeptly than the physical plane, I have been on a long journey of learning what it means to be a soul living within a vessel, and having a human experience. So far what I have figured out is that everything is simply vibrations at its core, and they are not inherently existing within any labels or human confines, just vibrations. That everyone is moving about the energetic realm, and each plays an important part in co-creating reality, but each decides how much they want to truly see life as a series of vibrations interacting with one another. That our energy is precious, as it is our true essence, and therefore when we think of how to maintain wellness we must find our unique optimal vibration and try our best to maintain it; this is where energy work and healers come in.
As someone who is trying to contribute to the energetic realm in a positive way, I tend to give a lot. I wrote in my journal last night that sometimes it feels like I am giving away pieces of my soul to many many people and eventually I have to collect them all back- as if I am giving away pieces of my soul for rent. This is a very rewarding experience; if I am able to give even one person a sense of peace or a vibration they enjoy then I feel fulfilled. But it can also be energetically draining. I have learned that anyone doing this work must prioritize their well being in order to be sustained in their field (and the energetic field at large). Last week I noticed my vibration becoming very heavy and slow and I knew it was time to seek a healer. I found a wonderful Chinese massage therapist that was able to do body work on me, and by the next day I felt a palpable shift in my energy. Here is my advice for body work: go in with the intention to move and heal energetic blocks, and be ready for tough emotions, memories, and thoughts to arise as you are being worked on. Let these surface and use your breath to release. This particular massage was one that I waited too long to get, so I even felt dizzy after, but with 24 hours of taking it easy and integrating, I felt amazing the next day.
I believe most dis-ease and di-stress comes from stagnant energy in the body. When we are unable to tune into our vibration and allow it to expand and be free, we often end up in pain- physically, emotionally, and energetically. This is why we need to prioritize energetic healing as a society, and truly acknowledge the power and importance of a network of folks who are traversing this realm to do the work of helping others get back to their optimum vibration. To all those in the grid: thank you.
Love and blessings,
